Ultherapy Pricing in Seoul
Ultherapy® pricing in Seoul typically ranges ₩1,500,000–3,000,000 (~USD 1,100–2,250) for full face, ₩2,500,000–4,500,000 for face + neck, and ₩3,500,000–6,000,000 for face + neck + décolletage. The cost driver is line count (typically 300–900+ lines) and zone plan, not list price. Final quote is set at consultation. Range reflects 2026 Gangnam market for authentic Ultherapy with original-manufacturer transducers.

Ultherapy pricing in Seoul is not a fixed menu. Any clinic that quotes a single price before examining the patient is either simplifying for a webpage or undercharging the protocol the patient actually needs. This page explains how the cost is built up, what ranges are typical in 2026, and why the final quote always comes at consultation rather than online.
How a price is calculated
The two main inputs are line count and zone count. A line is one pulse of focused ultrasound energy at a chosen depth. A typical full-face session might involve 300 to 500 lines distributed across the cheek, jawline, and submental zones at depths of 3.0 mm and 4.5 mm, sometimes with additional 1.5 mm lines on the upper neck. Adding the lateral neck increases the count. Adding the décolletage increases it further. Some patients need a lighter touch-up of fewer than 200 lines; others, with more zones in play, are quoted higher.
A second input is the anesthesia plan. Topical anesthetic cream is standard and usually included. Oral analgesia or an anxiolytic may be added for sensitive patients. Local nerve blocks delivered by the dermatologist are sometimes used for patients with very low pain tolerance and may carry a modest additional fee.
A third input is the device tier. Authentic Ultherapy with original-manufacturer transducers costs the clinic more per cartridge than the generic HIFU alternatives discussed elsewhere on this site. Clinics that bill MFU-V at the price of generic HIFU are almost always using generic HIFU.
Typical ranges in 2026
Rather than publishing exact KRW figures that change with cartridge contracts, we describe the bands patients commonly encounter in Gangnam dermatology practices:
Touch-up
single zone
~100–200 lines
Zones treated
- Cheek
- Jawline
- Submental
- Neck
- Décolletage
Maintenance, or a very localised concern.
Full face
most common
~300–500 lines
Zones treated
- Cheek
- Jawline
- Submental
- Neck
- Décolletage
The most common booking for a first session.
Full face + neck
extended lifting
~500–700 lines
Zones treated
- Cheek
- Jawline
- Submental
- Neck
- Décolletage
Adds the neck for patients with combined laxity.
Face + neck + décolletage
comprehensive
~700–900+ lines
Zones treated
- Cheek
- Jawline
- Submental
- Neck
- Décolletage
Comprehensive treatment in a single session.
- Touch-up / single small zone — the lowest band, appropriate for maintenance treatment a year or two after a full session, or for very localised concerns. Final quote at consultation.
- Full face — the mid band; the most common booking. Covers cheek, jawline, and submental zones at appropriate depths.
- Full face plus neck — a higher band; adds the lateral and anterior neck. Often the right choice for patients with combined cheek and neck laxity.
- Full face, neck, and décolletage — the upper band; adds the upper chest at 1.5 mm depth, which is its own line count.
For the current published numbers, including any seasonal package offers, see Delight Dermatology's full pricing page on the main site. That page reflects the current cartridge contract and is updated when the underlying costs change; the satellite information site you are reading is not the source of truth for prices.
Why the final number comes at consultation
Two patients with similar-looking faces can end up with very different line-count plans. One may have heavier submental tissue and benefit from a denser 4.5 mm protocol there; the other may have most of the laxity along the lateral cheek and need a different depth mix entirely. The plan is what determines the cost, and the plan is set by the dermatologist after examining the face. Online quotes are always an approximation.
For international patients, this is the reason the clinic prefers to review photographs and goals before travel rather than quoting a fixed price by email. A ten-minute photo review can prevent a thousand-mile mismatch.
What is not included
A typical MFU-V price covers the device session, the standard anesthesia plan, and the immediate post-treatment care that day. Optional add-ons such as a follow-up laser session, post-treatment LED therapy or take-home topicals are separate, and not assumed unless discussed.
Pricing on this page is for guidance only. The final price is determined at consultation by the dermatologist based on the individual line-count and zone plan.
